Random Stuffs I found on the box at the end of my mind

Levi squad (current chapter) and Ymir on the BG and Young Mikasa (from Shingeki No kyojin ) (drawing (c) Aniyuuki)

Yoshino and Yoshinon from Date Alive (Art (c) Aniyuuki)
Assalamualaikum (may peace be upon You!)

Post 16: Things I have been wanting to mention but pack them instead. I found them again and build words by words that won't make any sense unless you're me or my alter ego.

Hailo!
Recently I had been listening to Kalafina and Mahou shoujo Madoka Magica 's OsT.

There's this wonderful piece by kalafina called Mirai / should listen to it! It's wonderful and harmonious.
All the other Osts (Kajiura Yuki *hearts hearts*)are similarly brilliant.

The first drawing above is a drawing of Isayama Hajime's character.
I had the latest chapter as my reference (chapter 69).
It was quite a heavy and emotional chapter (but I got to see my husbando (aka Levi) in his childhood/and he actually smiled/though it wasn't something one should celebrate about as it was tragic and sad/now I understood)
To me now, reading SnK is like waiting for a trap to happen.
It's like any moment now or later, your favorite character might turn into something or just meet his death.
Unfortunately, I have alot of characters that I love so much.
I really don't want to go through that again.
All in all I really like the character's development.
I look forward to the next chapter.
Currently in SnK's fanmode (browsing people's works on my One True Pairings )

The second drawing is Yoshino (from the series/LN Date Alive)
Yoshino has always been a character that attracts me despite me not watching the series completely *laughs*.
She is so adorable and she has this bunny costume !

Arslan Senki's story is progressing to the next arc . There's so many questions in my mind and I hope they would be answered.

Hibike! euphonium is also progressing to the next arc . I am seriously captivated by the animation. It's glittering and beautiful.
The characters are all so cute and good looking (for the *ahem ahem* boys duh).
One of them; Kousaka Reina is such a beautiful character no , not a character but a person *wishful thinkings*. I mean she is so pretty.
She rarely smile thus episode 5 was a wonderful treat for me because she smiled ! Oh how pretty .
I had to replay that scene thrice to appreciate that glowing , shooting-arrow-at-my-heart smile.
Moreover in episode 6 she actually blush!! yeah, blush!
Yes that sounds no biggie but when a character blush , I'd go melt and squeal and do an imaginary blush for myself.

Kekkai Sensen!
Loving it more and more! The characters excite me!
Episode 6 is just so adorable!
I really love Rie Kugimiya!( A voice actor)
She voiced Koto in Kyousogiga and Alphonse Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist .
In Kekkai Sensen , she voiced two siblings (a boy and a girl).
I especially like when she voiced the boy character and I especially Love when she say the "onii-chan" part. I melted right at that point.
I'm pretty weird in this area , don't ask me ( >v<) why I really like little sister characters (wait, I actually know why...not gonna say it though -x-)

Recently I watched alot of AMVs and there were some great ones with so-super-good editing skills.
Oh and there were many funny ones too.

Well then ,

Post 15 : Mille Crepe (multi-layered crepe cake!)

Hello!
In 2010 and 2011 (and counting) , my favorite anime is Yumeiro Pastissiere .
It's a story about a girl and her journey in the sweets arena (yum!).
Amano Ichigo (voiced by Aoi Yuuki!!!!) is a clumsy girl with no particular talent except for her accurate and amazing taste bud ( She could tell the name of the cake /ingredients used just by tasting).
One day , luck fall upon her.
She was scouted by a teacher to study at a sweet-making school (in which was attended by her late grandmother).
Upon there -since she was scouted and all- she was thought to be a brilliant student that excel in the sweet industry.
Thus, she was assigned to work with this talented group which consist of 3 (good-looking/lol) boys called the Sweet Prince.

* Wait where am I going with all of this info? (-.-)*

/Skip some part/

Her first task was to make mille crepe.
As expected she couldn't do it.
It was all burnt here and there.
This made the others quite loss at words.
And one of the "Sweet Prince" scolded her.
so yeah.
umm..
*what is my point again?*

Anyway, that night - being frustrated and all especially the scolding part - she practiced alot of times (till a sweet spirit/something like a fairy / came along /not that any of that is my point).

My point is I have always wanted to try my hands on mille crepe!
I thought it was something like pancake but I've eat crepes alot of time before that and they are much more thinner than pancakes!
And those Mille crepes Ichigo made is just so mouth-watering (just like any other sweets they made in that series).
So, this year , I had decided to make one!
I found a recipe somewhere on the net. It was a rainbow mille crepe recipe and it looks gorgeous but it didn't worked out when I tried it.
(This is because I put the Wet ingredient after the flour which is a no-no because the crepes won't harden and cook.)
Thus I wasted 7 eggs on my first try. ORZ
The custard cream was lovely though.

The second time I made it, I decided to see where I was wrong by looking for simple crepes recipe thus I found my error (as mentioned above).
It was a success except that it tasted rather tasteless *laughs*.

And today  me and my sister made it again.
Great it turns out great! (even though I am sure I did it in such a short time / I tossed in the ingredients without caring the details/it was a mess/ if people saw me did what I did / they would scold me and say my crepes won't work)
It 's wonderful.
It's not too sweet.
Eating it cold is the best!

Before assembling! Look at those stacks of crepes. There's around 25, I think.

All is done! I divided the crepes into 2 cakes.Bad picture quality! hmph

*v* ready to eat!
semi-cake! They look like a dress at least my sister said so.

Twas a lovely treat (^^)0

well then,
thanks for dropping by!

Quotes of The day:
If You have nothing then you can be anything - I forgot who from Houkago no Pleiades

*In case you're wondering what that quotes mean because at first it may seems rude or bad*
This quotes was said when the characters of the series felt like they were useless and have nothing.
Since this anime feature a brand of a car namely Subaru (if I am not mistaken) , this is actually related to car parts .
Car parts took a particular shape that makes them able to do their functions.
In the series , one of the main characters' father had brought home some defective car parts.

"Car parts when they come together they would be able to do amazing functions, it's amazing," he said

The girl , at the time felt useless, cried and said "But that doesn't matter. Even if all of the useless parts come together they won't be able to do anything"

Then her parents explained that humans are different.
Human doesn't have any shape.
People can take any shape .
And then be able to do the things they meant to do.

Thus explaining the "if you have nothing , then you can be anything,"

Artist Fever

(T.T)why does it have poor quality here*lol* (c)Aniyuuki

(c)Aniyuuki
Assalamualaikum (may peace Be upon You)

Post 14:Artist fever (whatever it may be)

Halo!
So ur.. seeing how I posted two drawings of mine (-.-) , this post is definitely going to touch something about art and me.
So, I don't know what artist fever is but I have heard of writer's fever (though I admit I wasn't sure whether it existed for real or not)
At least I heard/read it from from Oregairu *laughs*.
Writer's fever from Hikigaya's point of view is a case where someone wanted to write something because he wanted to tell something to others no matter how long or how many time he have to write it .
Even if nobody acknowledge what he wrote , he would continue writing and then if he could impact someone through his writings he would be very happy.

So from there, let's just assume that 'artist fever" is basically the same thing in art sense.

How shall I start?
Let's see,
Oh yeah the drawings above.
I have just finished the two characters drawing half an hour ago.
Yes, it looked duller than the original image I saved in my folder *laughs*
And yes, it was my mistake for the super small character.(I shall revise my composition)
The second drawing was something for fun too (both were).
I played with the brushes , light and shadows, trying new styles.
But somehow I couldn't see what I could do to make my drawing similar to others.
The thing is , I couldn't make my drawing looked CG or something , it always looked like-my drawing and I hated it.
I mean I don't hate my style but I just wanted it to look like others.
Like others as in; the colors blended (and there's the thing with lineart and all) in so well you'd believe that some anime staffs have produced that.
I also hate the fact that I couldn't think of backgrounds *laugh*

"People who doesn't work hard have no right to envy talented people. This is because they never taste the pain that those that succeed had."

Those are the words I heard/read from alot of sources (including Oregairu and YumePati).
I don't believe that talented people (in any sense) stop where they have eg. born with artistic talent.
I believe to reach up to this point they would try to improve themselves because there is always room for one. Talented people are people who are willing to go through the pain and hard work to reach there ,where they wanted.
I don't believe there is suppose to be a different for non-talented people (in a particular sense cause hey, surely there's at least something that you're good at!)
If you don't think you're talented then make yourself one.
Duh, not everyone are born with some unique ability or something .
You could see there is always a difference between their past work (eg drawing) and their work now.
That is what you call Improvement.
Improvement need hard work and effort and great passion to keep one going.
And those who worked hard would not be betrayed.

As for me, I was told by some friends and teachers that I have a talent for art when I was little but hey, that's not true though (wait till you see my old drawings) .Praises like that made me going though and very happy.
In truth my drawing wasn't close to good (yeah, it was some children's drawing looking good to others).
Now, when I looked back at my drawings I would be able to divide them to six phases (in about ten years or so).
The first phase is your average kid's drawing . It was hilarious but still recognisable as human (Btw I draw in anime styles since I was little and I am self taught/ I did draw in cartoon style before I was 7 or so/I skipped the stickman phase lol ). The characters have "okay" head (too pointy), "okay" eyes (some triangle-like shape ), "okay" hands (but they have three/four or six fingers *laughs*), "circular"feet and a curly hair (for girls, well they looked like old woman most of the time).
The second phase was better (the hands still lack fingers and the head is too big with a small stiff neck).
The third phase was a little bit different. It followed a little bit of Shugo Chara's style (not good though *laughs*, big head , big eyes and the hand structure are all wrong) but it was better in terms of clothing (design) and some other parts.
The fourth phase is the start of me crafting and settling into my own style. The neck is still stiff (it's funny how I could be okay with the neck in the first two phase but mess it up in the following phase/this is due to my  lack of determination , I wasn't into looking where I was wrong mostly because it was something I do for fun and I didn't make enough time to learn) but the fingers are all right ( I saw where I got it wrong, mostly from comments by my siblings saying things like "why does he have three fingers only?")
The fifth phase was very recent, two years ago. There is a big jump from my fourth and fifth phase.
My fourth phase is the chubby face and small body while my fifth phase is between that and something in proportional .
In other words the shifting phase started in the fifth phase where, I readily learn my mistakes and looked up tutorials and stuff and actually took it seriously. Drawing remain fun though.
In my fifth phase you could see I changed my styles alot . Some drawing have too long neck, some was okay .
I learnt shading and coloring in that phase. My anatomy was better that's why it was a big jump.
There are alot of lackings though (as I said I still have alot of rooms for improvement).
I remembered struggling in this phase though to the point I got fed up.
I didn't like many of my drawings in this phase. This is what some artist called Art Low.
It is a moment when artist use their ability to perceive their own art i.e the ability to see/judge .
It is usually in this time that artist be able to see what is wrong with their drawing etc.
Not everybody have it at first but then you just gain it and it always get better, trust me.
You would catch up and be able to see your mistakes in a short time.
It is usually the time when artist feel low as the name suggests.
We would have art blocks , see our drawings as something suck. It always feel horrible and I'd always feel like giving up (but I didn't, yay).
This is a part of the Art cycle.
Your art skill gets better as your seeing ability gets better. Once we improved ourselves in that seeing ability we would be able to draw better and cope better with the low times. This is because after the rain there's always the rainbow right?
Just like that, in art we have Art High . This is the moment when we feel high and well, happy of what we had drawn. They would look awesome to ourselves and we say stuff like "the best drawing in my life"/ I have so many of those.
This is because our seeing ability are better and we knew where we are wrong and do something about it (for me, at most it is something I didn't even realised. Like, one time my face are pointy and the next it's suddenly fine. But don't expect that to happen without a reason. I practised . That was my reason . The point where it paid off is the moment I didn't see how it happened is all.).

This art cycle  is, well, a cycle. After having a great moment , we would once again face our low(do know that during our low, it is not that our art skills become worse or anything. It's just us feeling it's not good enough and that we wanted to make something different which can be done by gaining seeing ability and practise of course) and by that we would be able to gain more on art skills and seeing ability (wow this sounds supernatural-like) .
By knowing this , Well, I actually cope better with my low and yes, not to get all mighty during my high.

I usually cope with my lows by browsing through old drawings (and think things like "you have come this far, hey, look this is so different from what you draw now," or just have a good laughs) and sometimes redrawing them . I also like to browse others' drawings (this works for art block because instantly my hands will itch to draw!). I am a big fan (laughs) of speedpaint . I would watch them alot of times and feel positive that I could do something like that one day. Moreover watching anime without feeling like you want to draw like they do (or simply to draw fanarts) is impossible for me.
Also , I have my dear friends whom always support me endlessly.
I feel very lucky indeed to survive my Lows without giving up (^^).
So DoNT GiVE Up.

So going back, my latest phase (the 6th phase) was also very recent , in 2014 up until now
By this time I had a collection of tutorials.I even bought alot of reference and downloaded images as my study materials.
There was a big gap from the other phase as well (I thank my Art LOw).
I adapt different styles of my own and have my consistency in it.
The body proportions and fingers are so much better.
There were alot more to be fix , yes.
The most obvious change is the face. In the past, my characters looked so similar to one another ( I am not kidding.). If I were to have comics published during those years readers would be like "hey, this main character looked like the main character from her previous manga , with different hairstyles".
This is always pointed out by my sister whom cannot distinguish my characters , or so she said. I agree though, now that I could see it.
Shading got better around this time.
In mid-2014 I got my tablet and since then I learn digital art.
It was hard .
At first I didn't want to do it at all and told myself to hold it until at least I finish my examination.
But I was motivated when I knew how to use Paint tool Sai properly and there's this friend of mine whom always support me  (always, seriously *hearts hearts*) and she always told me she want to see my drawings more . This actually motivated me, it always do (^^).
And so , I created my deviantart account.
My first digital drawing sucks.
Then it gets better.
Then it just sucks .
yeah, to be honest I am having my Low right now (which actually occur alot more often now. eg I would draw something and say it looks good but the next day I would look at it and dislike it and when I try to draw again it would turn out bad again).
But I decided to push my limit by drawing *laughs*.
Having a lot of WIPs in my folders meant those drawings aren't love enough by me , yet.
As I mentioned earlier in the post , I had a problem with the color of my drawing.
It wasn't what I wanted.
It wasn't what I had always always hope for.

Digital drawing and the traditional drawing is both very hard for me.
However I could see improvement in both.
Look up for tutorials. Get help from your friends. Play with colors , light and shadow.
These are helpful.
Don't forget the passion.
I get my fire by looking around , watching anime, looking at people's art and speedpaint.
All in all, never give up if you're serious about it.
I mean I am not serious as in I want to excel in it with flying colors or anything.
Just having making an improvement and having someone looking at them makes me happy.
Thus the Artist Fever.
Trust me, when I say I could cry when someone say they framed my drawing or say they would cherish it forever.
I don't remember crying when I got it worst though. Just super super upset.
I am not sure why though (like, I would cry if I couldn't remember some chemistry formulas or something).
Whether it was something I love so much or I knew it would just get better , I am not sure.
Well, I am not saying it's wrong to cry over something you love because I do that too.
It's just that if you're crying over for example a drawing , it means you believe there's not a single hope for you .
Don't be like that, because there is at least one thing in the drawing you got it right or that you like about and it's fine.
There is always hope and room for improvement.
I used to think that my drawing would never change or think things like "hey, how do I even draw the face to look like that? I still hold the same pencil in the same way," which now that I remembered that, is funny.
You can change .
That is fact.
It is hard and scary . Scary that you would lose what you have.
For example you wanted to change the shape of a face you draw but to change your style you felt afraid that the new one would be worst and you couldn't reverse to the way it is before or something.
Everything is easier than said.
I struggle with my own development.
But I went to look for some courage there is in me and found some and thankfully,Alhamdulillah, I am still alive till today.
So, it is never impossible.
Even if you're stuck or you're walking like a tortoise or your heart is beating throughout the day and night or you're shaking, it is not impossible.

In Islam there is a saying that goes Allah won't change a person unless that person wanted it.

Years by years I have never understood the true meaning but I do now.It means if you want to change, then you gather your courage and initiate that change. Then , InsyaAllah (If He wills it) He will guide you.

[any correction for my mistakes or opinions in this post is highly appreciated]
That is all I guess.
Recently I read a book called "wonder". It was a great breather for me (^^)

Well then,
Aniyuuki

The knight

Assalamualaikum(May peace be upon you)

post 12: To Not Have a romantic comedy life is a good laugh

(yaa) Haro! Has anyone watch oregairu / Yahari Ore No seishun Love comedy wa machigatteiru / My youth romantic comedy is wrong as I expected? Because if you do you'd probably know how exactly my greeting (Ya haro) would sound like. The way the characters do it are so cute.
*imagine me doing so*
*got a (internal) comment from Hikigaya Hachiman; What is that, some sort of a retarded trend of greetings?*

He did say that ,internally, in regards to all those whom greet that way (except when Totsuka Saika did it/which was such a funny scene since Hikigaya was like"Oh my god so cute.we all should greet like that"/ you just call it retarded and now you want it started/ =.=/good joke good joke.

Ahh~ yes I probably stepped in the topic with the wrong foot. As a proper introduction Oregairu is a story about a high school student Hikigaya Hachiman (a boy with rotten eyes or beady eyes (reminded me of Levi's) /mention so many times) who is so proud of his loner's life. He refuses to interacts, go against the trend and well , regard youth as a threat, wrote in a career survey form that he refuses to work. This lead to his teacher/ counselor to force him to join a volunteer service club at his school. There he met the most beautiful girl in school, Yukinoshita Yukino (which of course is another problematic student that has her own problem on her side of story /unclear yet as of now)
Well, that was about it on the summary. The story basically follows the everyday life of Hachiman and Yukino when people came to them for help and another lead character, Yuigahama Yui (female) would came in an episode later by becoming their first ever client together.

This series is an adaptation of a light novel by Watari Wataru. It is a popular series and  not overrated at all, it deserves it.
It has a well-developed plot and characters and not to mention, funny!

This series was aired in 2013. I didn't know what it was that time .One of my friends mentioned it quite a few times saying things about the characters and the story.
I wasn't that intrigued about it (tbh because I thought the main genre would be romance/ not good with that genre that much/and oh how I was wrong to judge an anime by it's title).
Then I decided to watch it.Oh how I was so wrong. It wasn't your typical romantic comedy anime at all. It has the romance bits in it but not too much. It was in an almost perfect cropped up experience according to a reality scale/in other words it's not those story where each episode they just gets closer and have this moment of intimation and fall in love, rather it is something you can say-you possibly have experience (not completely)- things like, this girl try to grab the attention of the boy but got ignored or distracted, some other series have these.
In another "other" words, it is a slow progressing, (painful even) , serious, unseen romance thread pulling on the one that is loved , yes just like irl.

Moving on to the scenario writing , it is amazing, i should say. To transform a real-life loner kind of thing into someone this amazing (smart, cool, wise-like y'know bad-assed characters with some cool (in this series- also includes harsh/pitiable) quotes on his sleeves) is not a surprising thing but the fact that this "amazing" person I talked about is the villain to other supporting characters' eyes is.
I was expecting "I-am-a-loner-and-you-might-think-I-am-creepy-with-my-rotten-eyes-and-all-but-I-just-saved-your-day-so-you-like-me-and-appointed-me-as-the-president" / just sayin .
That is in fact, common. The hero with "not-good" reputation so kind that everybody put aside bad rumors about him and make him king of harem.
This was different.
Well I don't want to spoil things so I will leave it to there.
There are alot of interesting and amusing characters . My personal favorites is Zaimokuza /look out for him . He is so funny , very! Oh and there's the little sister of Hikigaya , Komachi (voiced by yet again my beloved Aoi Yuuki) too.

The art is not bad, in fact it looks good. The second season and the first season differs in the character design because they changed the studio which was put in charge of it.It is said that the second season's Hikigaya character design looked more closely similar to the light novel's than the first season. Yes, while the art of the first season wasn't bad in itself , the second was better. In fact, Hikigaya looks more "good-looking" and "gentle" in the 2nd season and I seriously like that" rotten eyes" of his. It is a feature that stand out.

The OP song and Ed are lovable. Both OPs are sung by Yanagi Nagi(hearts hearts) while the Ed are sung by both main female seiyuus.

The story as I said is very well developed ( currently there are 5 episodes of the second season).
I felt very emotional watching it to the point I could just cry. There are parts where I could relate myself to but most of all it is the personality of our MC that makes me suffer.
He had a well constructed background story that supports his actions but unfortunately those are never enough to justify them. Sometimes people would say he is so cruel in the way he do things but to me (and his dearest company, he is after all human). He has his own reason for the way he do things.
This story doesn't lie. It present you with harsh view of the reality world.
This story reveal the reality of how the society handle things: black hole in the human hearts.
It also shows how you are never right all the time. The characters did alot of wrong things and there are consequences one after another.
This story has a good character development. This is obvious if looking from the personality of the major characters : Hikigaya , Yukinoshita and Yuigahama . It may be unseen at some point and at some part of the story they would just go back what they called "normal" old-selves(again with the reality check in which most won't change for the better so easily) but still it is one of the most obvious aspect of the story. You could see they went through hardships(both within and outside the club) and realised things along the way , whether it be good or bad things about the society. Just saying the right things as a hero doesn't make things right and arguments would follow. This eventually give a positive light to their characters and allow them to grow little by little.

Hero are never always right and this series perfectly presented that. Hikigaya is always rejected for solving problems in a harsh way , even if it earns him a perfect solution; the problem is solved and that people would hate him and distanced themselves away from him.

Hikigaya may seems like a cold person but he is actually an emphatic person . This is shown by how he is easily on friendly terms with Saika  and the club members . It also took him no longer to actually begins caring for people . This could also be proven by the number of times he actually wanted to be friend with Yukinoshita.
Because he had always been a no-face kind of person , when faced with a problem, he went ahead with a solution (usually him as the bad guy) that would benefits the people with faces that need to be maintained (despite him hating superficial people and relationships) only to be hurt later.Due to this, people around him who knew his selfish motives (to make people hate him, and not that he cares about it because he always been alone all this time according to what he said -not that he'd believe that-leading him to accuse himself as the most superficial person) would feel guilty and hurt (in this case, most obvious would be Yuigahama) that he have to carry all the burdens by himself. Hikigaya knew what the world is like and that is why he doesn't want to be hurt and thus puts himself in the corner.
Hikigaya have his own hesitation at times eg. he would start to say something to argue but later swallow it back in his mouth when people shot daggers at him.
In the latest episode (ep 5) Hikigaya realised his mistakes when he experienced what it feel like to have your friends handle the burden to themselves and he changed the way he solve a particular problem they were given. He found a reason to change his way of solving the problem for once so that the club remained as it is supposed to be. This reason was provided to him by Komachi. Unfortunately, at the end of that episode he had said he might be making the wrong thing in regards to Yukinoshita remark of him unable to understand her. Well I will leave that there. I am looking forward to what kind of problem next that would trigger his change. He said so himself , "Some people are unable to act unless when they are faced a reason, found a reason," This applies both to him and Yukinoshita.

Yukinoshita Yukino the most beautiful and smartest girl in the school, is a cool and stoic, cold girl.
Due to her appearances , she said, many boys approached her with romantic motive and this, resulted in her being bullied by her girl classmates. Yukinoshita unlike our hero decided not to cower (as she said it but was argued back by Hikigaya) and changed herself.
She would always give back to her bullies for what they did. She also hate superficial things and she doesn't actually have any friends except for Yuigahama when she joined them.
She is good with her words/insults and always seem to argue with Hikigaya.
According to Hikigaya her stares are cold like of that of a wild beast (in the LN)
There aren't that many things known about Yukinoshita (Hikigaya being an observant person still couldn't understand her). Her past and family matters remained clouded but as the story progress she is seen to be much more caring and softening (especially to Yuigahama). However, the actions taken by Hikigaya always set the both of them in a huge disagreement and followed by silence treatment from both party. At this point, it wasn't clear (yet) whether that she hated him/his ways because she had known him to care for him- though she did say the opposite of it- or because of his selfishness of not wanting to change.
Yukinoshita being the second child of a prominent family seems to have trouble regarding her perfect older sister. Her older sister would always poked her nose in her business and say mean things to her just to provoke her into actions.
Yukinoshita might seem to be not making much contribution or appearances compared to Yuigahama (I might be wrong) but she actually plays a great role because her personality actually give a reason for Hikigaya to act thus contributing to his character's development.Hikigaya is also seen comfortable with her twice; at the 1st episode where he thought that they might be similar and at another episode where he thought maybe they are unalike at all thus the reason for his peace by being by her side.

Yuigahama is a cheerful, kind girl that belong in a popular group. At first she never talked to Hikigaya in their class but as the story progress her relationship with him become visible even to her popular friends. She values her friendship with the popular people (despite realizing how superficial it could be) because she wanted to feel belong (She seems to have a battle of her own in the past having come this far to earn a sense of belonging). As she gets closer to Yukinoshita, she remained faithful and value both friendship and even go as far as to go against her popular friends to defend Hikigaya. Unlike the loner Hikigaya and the untrusting Yukinoshita, Yuigahama's character is a cheerful and friendly one, creating a balance for the club. She wears her hearts on her sleeves which she could be seen always smiling and at times crying . This are unlike the two other characters who kept their emotions hidden. She always regards herself as useless and always find herself in a situation where she was unable to do anything to overcome the tension that always happen between Hikigaya and Yukinoshita. She also tends to regard them both as selfish and unfair as they tend to do things by themselves while leaving her in the middle of it with clean hands
Yuigahama supports the club in alot of ways in terms of her connections with her peers.
Yuigahama has a deep affection for Hikigaya and at one point - almost confess/talk about moment killer/ but Hikigaya seems to pushed this side of her away though afraid of having too much hopes on her.
In other words, Yuigahama is a character that supports the other two major characters and I strongly believe this story won't work without her!

Phew that is one long post. The thing with me is that I like to reread and edit my posts in case there's any grammatical error(always!)  . Anyway I am anticipating the rest of the episodes . I really want to understand Hikigaya Hachiman to a certain depth ( he's keeping me awake all night last night =.= in an analytical-I-am-trying-to-figure-you-out) so I am reading the LN right now to get his point of views in a complete narrative way.You can read it here ^^

All in all , You should give it a go! There's only 13 episodes in the first season and there would be another 13 for the 2nd one.
And seriously there's nothing to be embarrassed about watching a 2013-anime-when-it's-already-2015 . We respect newcomers (otherwise how else would people get involved in the anime industry if people keep on intimidating others of this kind of thing/just sayin). (Otherwise , just say it like this "Oregairu 2 is this year's spring anime so in order to catch it , I need to watch the 1st one)/just sayin again. Not convinced ? go find some other better reviews and be convinced!!

Oregairu 1st season (c) To the respective artists, taken from here.
